Shipping & Handling
Our estimated delivery date for your order is depended on shipping method of your choice. Typically, most package processing time takes within 24HOURS. To calculate total shipping times: add 1 business day processing time with your chosen method shipping time from the day your order is placed.
We value our customers’ needs by making shipping procedure “SIMPLE”. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can check where your package is by using assigned tracking number. Standard shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Note that processing and transit days are business days only (Monday-Friday, non-holiday, weekends and holidays are not counted as business days, UPS packages do not deliver on weekends, USPS services may deliver on Saturdays).

1. Standard Shipping and Handling
We ship to the 50 U.S. states with “flat rate” shipping for only $4.99. Standard shipping estimates within 3-4 business days, except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for 5-9 business days. UPS is our primary carrier for most orders being shipped inside the United States, however sometimes USPS or DHL is used as well. Exceptionally, USPS is our primary carrier for all orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (4) to five (6) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States. Please allow up to fourteen (11) business days for packages to Hawaii and Alaska addresses.
2. Express Shipping and Handling
If you need to receive your package quicker than the standard shipping, express shipping is available for $12.95 additional fee you can select to have your orders within 48 states. Shipping estimates 2 -3 business days based on any and all size orders.
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 5:00 PM will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 5:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
Express delivery is also available to Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico for$19.95.
*NOTE: Due to size & limited availability, some products are not available for express shipping. It is a rare occurrence, but if you purchase express shipping for an item that is not eligible for it, you will be notified immediately and refunded the difference in express shipping costs.
3. Next Business Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 5:00 PM will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday after 5:00 PM
Next Business Day delivery also is available for Saturday.

4. International Shipping and Handling
We also ship international orders with flat rate shipping.
CANADA
Orders will arrive in 5 to 9 Business Days based on any and all size orders for $11.95.
Japan and Korea
Order will arrive in 6 to 8 Business Days on any and all size orders for $12.95.
All other countries
Orders will arrive in 2-4 weeks. Shipping is just a flat rate of $18.95 on any and all size orders.

* Shipping Carriers
For your convenience and cost efficiency, we are offering flat rate shipping for every shipment. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS), U.S. Postal Service (USPS), or DHL.
* Sales Tax
There will be no sales tax imposed on any order unless the shipping address to which to order is destined is California. The billing address may reside in California and still there will be no sales tax. By law, we are required to collect a tax of 7.75% to all orders destined for California.
Order Status and Tracking Process
- Order Confirmation
You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
The first confirms that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this email will arrive within about 24 hours
The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the "Order Status" link provided in the email, or on the top right corner of our website
- Order Tracking
You can check the status of your orders by clicking on "Order Status" at the top of any page. If you have an order outstanding, you will see its details.
- Change in Your Order Status
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email in 24hours.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
Cancellation and Refund
Orders may only be cancelled if the status is pending and the order has not been processed, without any additional fees or penalties. Unpaid offline orders may be cancelled anytime without further charges. However, as we receive thousands of orders daily, we cannot cancel orders that are in process to be shipped.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if you are not, you may return an item within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product purchase price only. Return merchandise must be in store bought condition. Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. Please note the customer is responsible for shipping the products back as well as all shipping charges.

*False, Missing, or damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. Should something be damaged or missing from your order, we ask that you contact Customer Service of receiving your purchase to come up with a solution.
